Critical Thinking

According to The Critical Thinking Co.,  critical thinking is defined as the evaluation and identification of evidence to conduct any form of decision making. A critical thinker is someone who makes use of broad and in-depth analysis of the presented evidence to be able to make assessments and communicate herhis beliefs accurately and clearly.  Wikipedia defines critical thinking as, the due deliberation of the HYPERLINK httpen.wikipedia.orgwikiEvidence o Evidence evidence, the framework of HYPERLINK httpen.wikipedia.orgwikiJudgment o Judgment judgment, the important deciding factor to be able to make the proper judgement, the applicable techniques or methods for developing the judgment, and the applicable hypothetical concepts for understanding the question and the problem at hand. Critical thinking makes use not onlyof logicbut wide intellectual criteria for instance accuracy, credibility, clarity, relevance, precision, depth, fairness, breadth, and significance.

Based on the definitions that I have provided, I would consider myself as a sort of partial critical thinker.  Why  Some decisions warrant quick thinking while others warrant some more time (or critical thinking) to make or give the final answer.  For decisions that need to be given some time, I do have the tendency to weigh each consequence in my head because I would imagine what each of my answer would result into (in case there are several choices to choose from).  I truly believe that not every time we are given a choice or a decision to make, we need to truly critically think in every sense of the word.
