Employees should be trained to encode and decode messages effectively and precisely.
Training in modern communication systems should be given in order to improve inter-personal communications.

V. Diversity management refers to the systematic and planned commitment by organizations to recruit, retain, reward, and promote a heterogeneous mix of employees.
   
An ongoing diversity-training program should be in place to avoid disputes among the workforce.
